Hello everyone, how are you?

My name is Abdurrahman, and I come from Baghdad. I work as a marine engineer and have gathered over five years of experience as a Social Media Marketing Specialist. One day, I felt a strong desire to launch my own business, but I was unsure what kind of venture to start. Should I open a men's clothing store or women's shoe store? At that time, I had a budget of about 1,250,000 Iraqi dinars, which is roughly equivalent to 1,000 US dollars. After doing some research, I discovered the idea of print on demand.
The market for this business had few competitors, most of whom were older than me and bigger than me I was. Moreover, the concept ofprint on demand was new to the Iraqi market and society. Even the specialized printing equipment was sold by only a handful of people. Trusting in God, I took the plunge and started the project. However, I soon faced numerous challenges:
Marketing challenges: I struggled with understanding marketing itself—how to set prices, which platform was best for promotion, what display methods the audience preferred, and who exactly my target audience was.
Supplier issues: When I went to purchase T-shirts, I had to buy a full dozen containing all sizes. I couldn’t buy just five T-shirts of a single size alongside the printing materials. And if I needed a specific color for printing, I often had to return to the supplier only to find that the same color or material was no longer available.
Me-related problems: I had no prior experience in this field, which forced me to learn everything on my own. Naturally, any loss I incurred affected me directly, leading to further difficulties with handling and operating the equipment.

All these issues hindered the continuation of my project and resulted in significant losses, especially given my limited budget. Faced with these mounting problems, I decided to close the project before reaching a point where I could no longer settle my debts from selling the equipment.
From that turning point, I began to immerse myself in learning about marketing and its various branches. I dedicated myself to self-education, and I noticed through Facebook groups dedicated to T-shirt printing that I wasn’t alone in facing such problems. Many others had encountered similar issues, Whether in print on demand or other business.
After years of experience in marketing, I decided to create content that helps people learn how to start a business the right way, and also teaches those who haven't started yet how to organize their work effectively. Alongside that, I offer content aimed at increasing productivity, reducing time and effort in work for entrepreneurs, marketers, and students interested in marketing.
